How to reset your password

1. Click the Log In button at the top-right corner of the carVertical website.

2. Below the login fields, press Forgot your password?

3. Enter the email address linked to your carVertical account and click Send Email.

4. Check your inbox for an email from carVertical with a password reset link.

5. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password. Once done, click Change.

Return to the login page and enter your new password to access your account.

Common issues and how to solve them

• Didn’t receive the password reset email? Check your spam folder. If it’s not there, make sure you entered the correct email address.
• Entered the wrong email? Try again with the email you used to create your carVertical account.
• Password reset link expired? Request a new reset email by repeating the steps above.
