carVertical report bundles allow you to purchase multiple vehicle history reports at a discounted price. Instead of buying reports one by one, you receive a set number of report credits that you can use anytime within their validity period.

• Report bundles are available for both individual customers and business clients.
• Credits are stored in your carVertical account. You can use them whenever you need, without making separate payments.

The number of credits depends on the bundle you choose.

How to check your remaining credits

To see how many report credits you have left, log in to your carVertical account and click My account at the top of the website. The number of remaining credits will be visible at the top of the menu.

Alternatively, you can navigate to Transactions → Credits to view your available credits.

How to use credits to buy carVertical reports

1. Get the VIN

To check a vehicle’s history, you’ll need its VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) – a unique 17-character code assigned to every vehicle. It contains important details about the car’s specifications and past, including accidents, mileage, and theft records.

You can find the VIN in these common locations:

• Dashboard: Driver’s side near the windshield.
• Driver’s side door pillar: Near the hinge.
• Front end of the frame: Driver’s side, near the wheel well.
• Under the hood: Near the engine block.
• Vehicle registration documents: Registration, insurance, or ownership papers.

2. Log in to your carVertical account

Go to the carVertical website and click Log In at the top right corner. You can log in using your email, Facebook, Google, or Apple ID.

3. Enter the VIN and get your report

Once logged in, go to the carVertical homepage and enter the VIN into the Enter VIN number field.

Click Get report, and your available credit will be automatically used to generate the report.

How long are credits valid?

Report credits remain valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. You can use them anytime within this period to check another vehicle’s history.

After 6 months, unused credits will expire and cannot be recovered.

Report bundle options for business clients

For business clients, we offer flexible report bundle options to suit different needs:

• 10 reports
• 30 reports
• 100 reports

For businesses that need ongoing vehicle history checks, we also offer subscription plans with 10 or 30 reports per month. Subscription credits are valid for 30 days and renew automatically each billing cycle.
