carVertical reports are generated almost instantly! You’ll typically receive your report in about one minute – or 64 seconds, to be precise. Our system works 24/7, so you can generate your report anytime, day or night.

Once the report is ready, it will be available in your carVertical account and sent to your email.

Where to find your report

If you don’t see your report right away, follow these steps to find it:

1. Log in to your carVertical account

Go to the carVertical website and click Log In at the top right corner. You can log in using your email or sign up with Facebook, Google, or Apple ID.

2. View your generated reports

Once logged in, go to the My Reports section in your carVertical account, where you'll find all your previously purchased reports. There, you can check not only your generated reports but also their remaining validity period.

Reports are valid for 30 days after generation, so make sure to download or print them if needed. For more details on report availability, click here.

What if you don’t receive the report?

If your report doesn’t appear, here are a few things to check:

• Check your bank account – Make sure your payment was successful by verifying your bank statement. If the transaction didn’t go through, try making the payment again.
• Double-check your email. Reports are also sent via email. Look in your Spam, Promotions, or Ads folders in case it was filtered.
• Check your account. If you have multiple emails or accounts, make sure you’re logged into the account you used for the purchase.
